Ashmore Farmhouse - Traditional style hard cheese matured for 6 months with good strong cheddar style flavours. Made by Cheesemakers of Canterbury at Dargate, Kent, 300-350g unpasteurised cows milk, suitable for vegetarians.
Ellie's Dairy fresh goats cheese– A young clean tasting cheese from Ellie’s Dairy at Wychling, Kent. 120 – 150g pasteurised goats milk, suitable for vegetarians.
Bowyers – Brie style cheese from the Cheesemakers of Canterbury, 180-220g pasteurised cows milk, suitable for vegetarians.
Kentish Beetroot chutney from Sue at Cranbrook Conserves, 125g, great with all cheeses.
