Kentish Blue Mature is a full flavoured blue cheese, with long lasting depth and spicy tones coming through. It is handmade on the dairy farm in the heart of Kent, to our own recipe, using the creamy raw milk from our own cows.
Unpasteurised cows milk / Suitable for vegetarians
Sent vacuum packed with a shelf life of 3 weeks.

Storage – Refrigerate wrapped, but remove about an hour before serving and allow it to come to room temperature.
