A quick, easy and tasty dip - great for using up leftovers!

Recipe is from FRANKIE'S FARM SHOP in Staplehurst - great coffee, snack, brunch and of course cheese!

100g Kentish Blue cheese

1 pear or apple - peeled & chopped

20g toasted hazlenuts

100g cream cheese

 - chop the nuts

 - Whip the cream cheese

 - crumb the Kentish Blue cheese

 - mix everything together and serve with vegetable sticks, breadsticks or on crostinis
