We believe that a bit of Kentish Blue in any dish enhances it - well we would wouldn't we!

But it seems that the chefs around the county agree with us too from the amount of delicious dishes we are seeing served up, from Kentish Blue ice cream at The Vine in Goudhurst to pancakes. Use these ideas and the 10 best blue cheese recipes as published in the Guardian to get you started:

Kentish Blue and brocolli tart from Frankie's Farm Shop in Staplehurst, wonderful with a selection of their winter salads, why not call in for lunch or even brunch.

Look out for the Kentish Blue beef sausage rolls made by the Sausage Roll Queen at food festivals around the county over the next few months.

If you see the Eat The Farm campervan around serving street food be sure to try their venison burgers topped with Kentish Blue - I'll be seeking them out for sure.

If you have a dish with Kentish Blue when you're out and about, tweet a picture to @kentishcheeses - we'll try and get there and taste it ourselves!
